All Ivy Services relinquishes all rights to any of the material submitted for editing unless explicitly requested by the client. Furthermore, all information submitted to All Ivy Educational Services will in no way be shared with outside sources, and all information is considered 100% confidential. The confidential information may include, without limitation to, business plans, financial data, technical data, creative work, and other items pertaining to the above subject matter as may be necessary or desirable for such evaluation and service.

If so desired, we are willing to sign an official confidentiality agreement.
